Tarahumara Indian ladies
At a train stop, the Tarahumara ladies sell their baskets. They also sell them in front of the hotels.
The Train
The train goes around some very tight curves and switchbacks. It crosses numerous bridges and passes through many tunnels.
The Barancas
The Barancas are cliffs overlooking the Copper Canyon. Here's our hotel. Each room opens to a patio with a view right down into the canyon! I watched the sun rise over the mountains.
Divisadero
This is where three of the canyons that make up the Copper Canyon network of canyons meet.
